Are you a performing artist? We want to give you the chance to shine after hours at an open mic night at the library!
We meet the fourth Friday of the month, after hours at the Douglass Branch Library. You'll have a chance to connect with other performers and try something new. Open to instrumentalists, singers, producers, DJs, and spoken word artists. We'll feature a local DJ as an emcee to keep the party rolling! Reservations recommended. Sign up to perform!

The beautiful Douglass Branch Library stands in Douglass Park, just west of Booker T. Washington STEM Academy in north Champaign. The Branch offers many of the same collections and services as the Main Library, including free events for all ages, public computers with internet access, and a large meeting room.
