About the instructor:
Justin Smith writes essays and short stories about deserts, Mormons, masculinity, and ghosts. He's working on an MFA in fiction at UIUC, where he also leads undergraduate fiction workshops, helps to create the literary journal Ninth Letter, and produces its affiliated podcast, Ninth Letter Radio.
