An evening of classical guitar with Guido Sánchez Portuguez, professor of guitar at the University of Illinois.
Dr. Sánchez Portuguez is a Costa Rican/American guitarist currently teaching at the U of I's School of Music. He has a doctorate in music from the Jacobs School of Music in Indiana, and is a founding member of the MAGIQ guitar quartet, as well as the director of the Illinois Guitar Ensemble.
