Kombucha is a fermented, carbonated tea drink attributed to promoting healthy digestion and vitality. It has become a staple beverage for many people today, and it should be. Most kombucha is packed with probiotics, herbal infusions, and antioxidants + it is fun and easy to make at home.
Megan of Backyard Beauty will share benefits of making and drinking kombucha, demonstrate the entire process of making kombucha at home using simple ingredients, and provide samples of home brew kombucha.
