Learn where and how to start career or job searches and the benefits and considerations of employment based services and sites. Led by Elizabeth Chominski, Director, Business Career Services at the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Elizabeth oversees Career Services operations for Graduate Business Programs. Elizabeth has over 10 years’ experience in career advising, job placement, and employer engagement and has been active in developing and cultivating relationships with employers to recruit Gies Business students. Elizabeth’s prior experience was in financial services, nonprofit community development, and as a Career Advisor with Ladders. She holds an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from Lasell College and an MBA from Simmons College.
Classes will feature a lecture and then time for career and job related exploration. Training laptops will be provided.
