About the Presenter:
Krystle Shelton, is Founder of ISpark Consulting, LLC where she develops emerging and seasoned professionals by shining a light on their skills and illuminating experiences that spark joy. For her clients, both individuals and organizations, Krystle exists to champion the alignment of values, passions and purpose for an intentional and authentic professional glow up.
Taking a leap of faith professionally, Krystle co-founded Autumn Freight, Inc with her husband. A local freight-shipping company that delivers essential cargo to communities and businesses in Central Illinois, Chicagoland and surrounding areas. As Chief Operations Officer, she develops organizational infrastructure and leads processes that enable safe, timely and professional delivery services. In 2021, she was a recipient of the Central Illinois Business 40 under 40.
Krystle brings 13 years of experience working in higher education leading initiatives in recruitment, engagement and achievement; with focus on first-generation students. She holds a Bachelors of Art degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Kansas State University and a Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston. A new mommy to son, Ahsan Judah brings new excitement and she serves as member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She's always looking for an amazing place to brunch!
