About the speaker:
Frank Chadwick is an award-winning game designer and New York Times bestselling author. He began writing fiction seriously in 1996. His first published work of fiction was A Prince of Mars (2010) and his first novel from Baen Books was How Dark the World Becomes (2013). He's the author of eight novels and fourteen nonfiction books. Frank has designed 100+ games, including Traveller, Twilight 2000, and the wargame series Europa and The Third World War.
The Library Friends are a very special group of people, whose support has translated into dozens of iPads for kids to play and learn on, hundreds of lively concerts, millions of minutes read during summer reading games, and much, much more. The library's FriendShop Bookstore is staffed entirely by volunteers and run by this group. Over the years, the leadership and members have dedicated both time and money to extend the library's reach into the community. Thank you!
